Our communities strongly support a resident's choice, dignity and independence. Each resident can choose the apartment and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle. Every resident will be encouraged to participate in many facets at our community, but it is always a resident's choice to do so. Our independent community offers an ideal blend of services and amenities, perfect for anyone looking for comfortable retirement living.

Your Lifestyle

At BPM Senior Living we encourage an active and independent senior lifestyle. We manage independent, full-service senior communities, and do not employ or retain care-giving personnel or a nursing staff. However, our managers are concerned for your safety and comfort and are available to serve you 24 hours a day, every day. Apartments are equipped with a pull-cord emergency communication system, which will bring immediate response by your managers. Our goal is to help you maintain your independent and healthy lifestyle while ensuring your safety and security.

Your Family

Your family has been an integral and key part of your life throughout your history. In moving to a BPM Senior Living community, you will not lose that aspect of who you are. We encourage you to include your family, near and far, in every possible part of your life. Invite them to share a meal with you. And if they live far away, invite them to spend part of their stay in one of our guest rooms at a very reasonable cost. Your family is important to you, and very important to us.

Health and Wellness

Fitness and good health is important to everyone. At BPM Senior Living we recognize this by offering staff-instructed fitness classes and by making available professional-grade exercise machines including treadmills, exercycles and recumbent bicycle machines. Equally important, our chefs prepare health-conscious, dietetically balanced meals aimed at maintaining health through proper eating.

Resident Managers

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the community in accordance with all Fair Housing rules, regulations and laws applicable to the operation of an independent senior apartment community. Our managers serve as the contacts for residents and their families to answer any questions and give assistance and general support.


Each community schedules several trips to town per week for shopping and medical appointments. There are also frequent tours and excursions out of the immediate area to places such as casinos, museums, concert halls and other climes and events. Announcements of when and where such trips will take place are in the community's monthly calendar.

Scheduled Activities

Each community employs a full-time activities director to oversee a variety of activities, classes, trips, parties, entertainment programs and events each month. A large social calendar is posted on the community bulletin board and displays a complete listing of the current month's activities and events.

Building Services

The Building Services staff at each community will perform needed repairs on your apartment home and its fixtures and appliances. This includes maintenance services for the refrigerator, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning machinery and all other building equipment. In addition to having your own on-staff repairman, you also have our outstanding housekeeping staff, which provides weekly cleaning and linen replacement service.

Dining Services

Three meals are served daily in our community dining rooms. You will enjoy many traditional favorites as well as alternative culinary selections featured on each daily menu. Menus will change seasonally, offering a continued variety of nutritious meals for your enjoyment.
